In the final episode, eight years have passed since the decisive battle against the “Alliance of Villains,” a rebellious group against society.

The final episode features protagonist Izuku Midoriya (voiced by Daiki Yamashita), also known as “Deku,” now a teacher at U.A. High School, reflecting on his current life, graduation ceremony, and the future of his friends. Deku is now on the receiving end of a helping hand, and while he is satisfied with the current situation, he still feels lonely. Then, upon reuniting with his master, All Might (voiced by Miyake Kenta), he is entrusted with a hero suit filled with his classmates’ thoughts. With the help of the suit’s power, Deku and his friends begin their hero activities once again.

The ending concluded with the message “OUR STORY CONTINUES…”, and viewers commented, “It was sad, but the best final episode ever,” and “I was blown away by the words Bakugo said after reaching out his hand.”

“Alma Wants to Be a Family” (originally by Nanateru), a heartwarming anime series that garnered attention in the fall of 2025, also drew attention to its final episode.

The story follows the three characters: Alma (voiced by Tsukishiro Hika), a self-learning, autonomous combat robot; Enji Kamisato (voiced by Suzuki Ryota), the scientist who developed her AI; and Suzume Yoruba (voiced by M.A.O.), who also created her body, as they live together and become a pseudo-family. In the final episode, Enji and Suzume’s research results are recognized, and the three begin a new life together in America.

However, with their busy lives, they gradually find themselves with less time to spend together as a family. While Alma supports them, she grows lonely and runs away from home. Eventually, this incident leads Enji and Suzume to realize their mistake, and the three meet again and make up. The happy finale drew comments such as, “It was a heartwarming and soothing piece to end Sunday with,” and “I was moved by how much Alma has grown.”
