The TV anime “Game Center Girl and Intercultural Exchange,” which will be broadcast in July 2025, has been scheduled to start broadcasting on Sunday, July 6. The key visual, main PV, additional cast, and theme song have also been released.

This work is based on the manga of the same name by Hirokazu Yasuhara, which is currently being serialized in “Dora Dora Sharp # ” (KADOKAWA). The story begins when Renji Kusakabe, who works part-time at a game center, meets Lily, a cheerful British girl. Shoya Chiba plays Renji Kusakabe, and Sally Amagi plays Lily.

The main PV released this time features the opening theme, “Two Start Buttons,” sung by Lily and Kusakabe Aoi, Renji’s younger sister and Lily’s classmate Kusakabe Aoi, Lily’s classmates Kaga Karin and Katsuragi Hotaru, as well as Mochizuki Momoko, who attends the same university as Renji, expressing the work’s lively and fun worldview. In the PV, it was revealed that Koyamauchi Reo will play Kusakabe Aoi, Yukawa Asaki will play Kaga Karin, Ishihara Kaori, and Mochizuki Momoko will play Katsuragi Hotaru, and Kayano Ai will play Kayano Ai. In addition to the opening theme, “Two Start Buttons,” the ending theme will be “Amusing Flavor,” Lily sings. The opening lyrics, composition, and arrangement are by TAG, who has worked on many songs for the “BEMANI” series, “CHUNITHM,” and “Ongeki.”

t+pazolite, a composer for HARDCORE TANO*C who has provided music for numerous games such as “Taiko no Tatsujin” and “Maimai, ” will handle the lyrics and arrangement of the ED. I look forward to the OP and ED themes of the strongest “rhythm games” lineup!

Comment from Amagi Sally (role of Lily Baker): I sang the OP theme with Lily’s feelings for Renji! I’m happy to be able to sing a duet with Aoi, who is Lily’s best ally in the story! The nostalgic melody warms my heart and makes me want to jump into the sunset! I hope you enjoy the song every week, which gives you the feeling of something starting. About the ED theme: How can I put it into words… It’s amazing… I’m busy in a good way (laughs).

The atmosphere of an arcade changes depending on the floor, and there are various worldviews. I made a song that expresses the excitement and suspense you can experience at such an arcade! I sang this song, hoping it would convey the atmosphere of Lily-chan having fun while spending her busy days with everyone she met in Japan!

Comment from Koyamauchi Reo (role of Kusakabe Aoi): When I read the original work, I thought Aoi was reliable and caring. Still, she also has some aspects appropriate for her age, so I thought she was a girl you wanted to support. I hope you can enjoy a more lively intercultural exchange in the anime as she moves and talks! The opening theme is a charming and refreshing opening song, so I enjoyed singing it. You’ll also enjoy the contrast with the ending song sung by Lily-chan!

Comment from Yukawa Asaki (role of Kaga Karin): Karin stands out as a lone wolf and a free spirit, but she has a passion for gaming more than anyone else. I tried to act in a way that conveyed Karin’s charm while cherishing the fact that she was a gamer. I’m sure everyone will enjoy the various arcade elements together!

Comment from Ishihara Kaori (role of Katsuragi Hotaru): Hotaru-chan is a serious class president who always watches her surroundings! Because she tries her best, she is sad, cute, and an eye-catching character. The recording was stimulating, and a lot of English was spoken! And it was fun, so please look forward to Arcade Girl, which was produced by a team that loves this work!

Comment from Ai Kayano (Momoko Mochizuki): Yes, she’s cute. Lily is just so cute…! I will be playing Momoko, who becomes the love rival (?) of the pretty, cute Lily. I will do my best to bring out the best in her charm so I don’t get knocked down by Lily’s cuteness!
