“Kimetsu no Yaiba” is based on the manga of the same name that was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from February 2016 to May 2020 and is a famous work that has sold over 150 million copies in total. The first season of the TV anime was broadcast from April to September 2019, and it became a social phenomenon with its popularity. The movie “Kimetsu no Yaiba: Infinite Train Edition,” which is connected to the final episode of the anime, was released in October 2020 and became a massive hit with domestic box office revenue exceeding 40 billion yen, and the movie will continue from December 2021.
