‘Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuX’ TV series will begin airing on April 8th! It will be broadcast as a ‘late-night anime’ every Tuesday from 24:29.

Bandai Namco Filmworks has announced that the “Zeke Axe” TV series will be broadcast every Tuesday in the late-night slot! This is the latest Gundam series, brought to you by Studio Khara and Sunrise’s first collaboration.

“Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning,” a pre-release version of the movie that reconstructed some episodes for theatrical screening, was released on January 17. In about one month, it recorded a box office revenue of 2.532 billion yen and an audience of 1.554 million people, making it a huge hit.

At the “Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX -Beginning” cast appearance stage held on February 23, the broadcast date and time of the TV series was decided to be April 8, 2025. The show will be a late-night anime that airs every Tuesday at 24:29, and the theme song will be “Plazma” by Kenshi Yonezu, following the theatrical advance version.

“Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX” Synopsis Amate Yuzuriha, a high school girl who lives peacefully in a space colony floating in space, meets Nyaan, a war refugee girl, and gets involved in the illegal mobile suit dueling competition “Clan Battle.” Amate, who calls herself “Machu,” pilots GQuuuuuX and throws herself into the fierce daily battle.

At the same time, an unidentified mobile suit, “Gundam,” which is being pursued by both the space military and the police, and its pilot, a boy named Shuuji, appears before her. And the world is about to enter a new era. The TV series “Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX” is scheduled to air on 30 Nippon TV affiliates from April 8, 2025, every Tuesday from 24:29.
