Kishirika’s response is remarkably casual considering how serious Nanahoshi’s condition is.
She explains that Sokas Grass can be used to treat the illness. The discovery gives Rudeus and the others hope that Nanahoshi might finally have a chance to recover.

Atofe is known for her immense physical power, immortality, and highly aggressive personality. She is also the older sister of Demon King Badigadi, making her an important figure within the Demon World’s power structure. Atofe is voiced by Nanako Mori.
Atofe Wants Rudeus to Join Her Royal Guard
During his audience with Atofe, Rudeus finds himself in an unexpectedly dangerous situation.
Atofe tells him that she wants to reward him. Rudeus, remembering the warnings he received beforehand, initially refuses.
However, Atofe interprets his response in her own way and offers him an unusual “reward”: the opportunity to join her Royal Guard.
For Rudeus, this is hardly a reward.
Atofe promises that she will train him relentlessly for the rest of his life. Although becoming part of such a powerful group might sound attractive to some warriors, Rudeus has no intention of abandoning his family.
He politely declines.

As Rudeus and the others attempt to reach the teleportation circle, Atofe catches up with them.
