Robot Anime Screening ‘Xabungle’, ‘Dunbine’, and ‘L-Gaim’ Fan-approved ‘best episodes’ screenings, plus a mini live performance by MIQ

It has been announced that Me-Tele and Bandai Namco Filmworks will hold a screening of robot anime produced by Sunrise (now Bandai Namco Filmworks) called “Me-Tele x Sunrise World Robot Anime Screening” on October 18th at Higashi Betsuin Hall (Naka-ku, Nagoya).

The event will screen three films that were broadcast from 1982 to 1985: “Combat Mecha Xabungle,” “Saint Seiya Dunbine,” and “Heavy Metal L-Gaim .” Special guest MIQ (then MIO), who participated in the songs for all three films, will also be there to hold a mini live concert.

“Xabungle” has 50 episodes, “Dunbine” has 49 episodes, and “L-Gaim” has 54 episodes, and one episode from each series will be screened. The episodes to be screened will be decided by a survey of fans, and the “best episodes” approved by fans will be screened.
