“The Crow Doesn’t Choose Its Master” is an anime based on the novel “Yatagarasu” series by Chisato Abe. This is a Japanese-style taiga fantasy set in Yamauchi, an alternate world ruled by a clan of Yatagarasu in human form. “Poi” is a song created by Saucy Dog for “The Crow Doesn’t Choose Its Master” after receiving an offer from the anime staff. This is his first time writing a song for a TV anime series. You can hear part of “poi” in the preview video released on YouTube.
