It has been announced that the first and second seasons of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen will be broadcast simultaneously on ABEMA for three consecutive weeks starting Sunday, June 2, 2024.
The anime adaptation of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen,’ a manga by Gege Akutami that has amassed a staggering 90 million copies in sales, is set to captivate audiences. The narrative starts with Yuji Itadori (CV: Junichi Enoki ) finding himself in a unique predicament, sharing a body with the formidable ‘Ryoumen Sukuna ‘, the King of Curses. His journey unfolds at the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College, a prestigious institution dedicated to anti-curse treatment.
The second season of the anime, which aired from July to December 2023, it depicted the famous episodes of “Kaitama and Tamaori” and “Shibuya Incident” from the original work. The sequel’s production, “Shimetsu Kaiyuu,” has already been decided.
The three-week consecutive broadcast of “Jujutsu Kaisen” will feature all episodes of the first season on Sunday, June 2, and Monday, June 3. In the first week, all episodes of the second season, “Kaitama/Tamaori,” will be broadcast on Sunday, June 9. Monday, June 10, and all episodes of the second season, “Kaitama/Tamaori,” will be broadcast in the third week on Sunday, June 16, and Monday, June 17.
