The most nominated for the Golden Globe Awards is ‘Power of the Dog.’

The 79th Golden Globe Awards film nominations were announced on December 13, US local time.

The most seven-category nomination was the Netflix movie The Power of the Dog, directed by Jane Campion and starring Benedict Cumberbatch. “Belfast,” directed by Kenneth Branagh in 6 categories and seven nominations, follows.

Also, Will Smith starring “King Richard,” Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence’s “Don’t Look Up,” Paul Thomas Anderson’s “Licorice Pizza,” Steven Spielberg’s ” “West Side Story” was nominated in four categories.

“DUNE” starring Timothée Chalamet, directed by Denis Villeneuve, Amazon Original movie “The Secret of the Beloved Couple” co-starring Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem, Disney’s musical anime “Encanto” “House full of magic” has been nominated in three categories. Hidetoshi Nishijima’s starring “Drive My Car,” directed by Ryusuke Hamaguchi, was nominated for the Non-English Film Award (formerly Foreign Language Film Award).

The 79th Golden Globe Awards ceremony will be held on January 9, local time.
