The new anime series, “Dragon Ball Diama,” created by Akira Toriyama and responsible for the original story, story, and character design, will be broadcast on Fuji TV in October. A new trailer and main visual have also been released, revealing the new characters in the series.
This series is set in a new world and depicts the exploits of Goku and their friends, who have been shrunk by a “conspiracy.” The main visual shows Goku (mini) and Kaiōshin (mini) riding a dragon on an adventure against the backdrop of three mysterious worlds. It also shows new characters, Glorio and the masked demon, piloting an airplane.
The trailer is also packed with scenes of mysterious new characters such as Glorio, who appears in front of Goku (mini) and friends on an airplane, the masked demon in a cloak, and Gomar, who stares at the video of Goku and friends with a sharp look in his eyes.
The series directors are Yoshitaka Yashima, who has worked on “Digimon Adventure” and “One Piece,” and Fumi Komaki, who has worked on “One Piece.” Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, who has worked on “Dragon Ball Z,” designs the animation characters, and Yuko Kakihara, who has worked on “Cells at Work,” composes and writes the series.
