KT announced on the 16th that it would broadcast ‘2021 Together Again, K-POP Concert’ on online video service Season (Seezn) and Olleh TV exclusively in Korea. The concert will start at 5 pm on the 17th.
The ‘2021 Together Again, K-Pop Concert’ was planned to console the industry and the people stagnated by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and deliver a message of hope. It is a concert that hopes for continued revitalization and revival of popular music performances. It was initially planned as an offline performance, but due to the spread of Corona 19, KT started to support non-face-to-face broadcasts. Twenty teams of K-pop idols, including NCT Dream, BTOB, and Brave Girls, will participate.
Anyone who wants to watch the performance can use it for free after logging in on the season mobile app and website. In addition to KT ID, you can log in through Naver, KakaoTalk, and Facebook accounts. Considering the amount of access, KT recommended that you register as a member before the day of the performance. Before the performance, the photo wall will be broadcast live from 4 pm. The video of the concert will be available on VOD in a month.
In addition, an event for customers watching the concert will be held. 5,000 Season Point Coco, which can be purchased for paid VOD, will be produced to the first 20,000 customers who view the season mobile app and website.
Hyun-Joong Yoo, head of KT’s Mobile Media Business P-TF, said, “As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, we have been able to confirm the importance of content that can be enjoyed in the palm of your hand. I’ll blow it up,” he said.
