A letter of appreciation was presented.

To the vocational school and other organizations that produced the anime to promote police recruitment. For seven years, Aichi Prefectural Police has worked with vocational schools to produce anime to encourage recruitment. On the 7th, before the recruitment exams started on March 3, the police presented letters of appreciation to the vocational school students and companies in charge of the anime production.

This year’s anime, “Start Line,” depicts two rookie police officers who enter the police academy and grow with their classmates to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to be police officers. Vocational school student: “I hope it will give courage and encouragement to take a step forward, not only for police officers but also for people working hard.”

About 40 students produced the video over about 10 months. It will be used in future recruitment activities and released on the prefectural police’s YouTube channel.
