Geino Yamashiro-gumi will hold a live performance of ‘AKIRA’ on October 8th

Geino Yamashiro-Gumi’s live performance “Akira Jegogudan II” will be held on October 8th at Nakano ZERO Hall in Tokyo.

Geino Yamashiro-gumi is a multi-performance group led by Shoji Yamashiro, who worked on the music for the theatrical animation “AKIRA.” In the performance, based on “Symphonic Suite AKIRA,” which is known as the accompaniment music of “AKIRA,” a stage will be performed that makes full use of the Indonesian Balinese instrument Jegog. The songs performed are as follows.

From “Rinne Symphony” to “Reincarnation.”
From “Suisei Symphony” to “Dawn.”
From “Symphonic Suite AKIRA” to “Kaneda,” “Fighting with Crown,” “Transfiguration,” “Sogon Darani,” “Escape of Kei and Kaneda,” “Future (Requiem),” etc.
Some songs may change.

The performance will be divided into two parts, the afternoon part that starts at 2:00 pm and the part that begins at 6:30 pm. HS seats are 7,000 yen, S seats are 5,000 yen, and A seats are 4,000 yen.
