Kodansha announced on the 20th that the legendary professional wrestling manga “Tiger Mask” (original work: Kajiwara Ikki, manga: Tsuji Naoki *Tsuji = Ichiten Shinnyo), which was serialized from 1968 to 1971, will be made into a new live-action movie in Italy and announced that. They are jointly created by Fabula Pictures, a production company based in Rome, Italy, and Brandon Box, a production company based in Milan, Italy, which is the publisher of the original comic. Kodansha will also be joining as a co-producer.

The movie will be a new international co-production set in Italy and Japan, adding international elements to the story of the manga “Tiger Mask.” As soon as the director and cast are decided, they will be announced in Japan.
