Character visuals and cast comments released
Cry Andrich (CV. Kensho Ono) is The leader of Strange Grief and the clan master of First Step. He is a level 8 hunter named “Ever-changing” and is rumored to be a master of arithmetic, but in reality, he is just a mediocre person with no talent or motivation, just bad luck. Congratulations on the anime adaptation of “The Grieving Ghost Wants to Retire”! My name is Kensho Ono, and I will be playing Cry Andrich. I always think that misunderstandings make stories more interesting, but I never expected to come across a work full of misunderstandings!! And I can’t believe I can participate!!! It was fun and exciting, and I caught up on the latest episode in no time! I’ll do my best to deliver something even more powerful, with the same momentum as the original novel and manga! No, I mourn! Looking forward to it! Tino Shade (CV. Miyu Kubota) is A junior hunter of Cry who is a solo member of First Step. It’s been a few years since she started being a hunter, and her ability has reached level 4, above average. She adores Cry and calls him “Masutaa,” and trains hard every day to join her seniors’ party, “Strange Grief.” My name is Miyu Kubota, and I will be playing Tino Shade.

I read the original story before she auditioned, and the more I read it, the more I felt that Tino was not just cute but firm, and from the bottom of my heart, I wanted her to be happy. It’s complete!! I’m also excited to see what kind of movements Tino, who loves Masuta LOVE, will show in the anime! Everyone will be looking forward to the broadcast. Thank you!
