It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime Yofukashi no Uta will be produced and broadcast on Fuji TV’s anime slot Noitamina and other channels. A teaser visual and visual release PV has been released.
The original manga by Kotoyama, which began serialization in “Weekly Shonen Sunday” (published by Shogakukan) in 2019 and was completed in January of this year, is a famous work with a cumulative circulation of over 5 million copies (including electronic copies). One day, Kou Yamori (CV: Hajime Sato ), a junior high school student who has stopped attending school, goes out late at night for the first time and meets Nazuna Saegusa ( Sora Amamiya ), a free-spirited vampire. By spending time with Nazuna, Kou learns how much she enjoys her late nights and tries to fall in love with her to have her turn him into a vampire. The first season of the TV anime aired in 2022 with 13 episodes.
In addition to the lead actors Sato and Amamiya, the cast includes Yumiri Hanamori as Akira Asai, Haruka Tomatsu as Seri Kikyo, Eri Kitamura as Niko Hirata, Shizuka Ito as Honda Cabra, Naomi Ozora as Midori Koshige, and Hatsuka Osaka as Azumi Waki, Kensho Ono, who plays Yuu Mahiru, Hiroyuki Yoshino, who plays Akito Akiyama, and Miyuki Sawashiro, who plays Anko Uguisara, will be returning from the first season.
