by It has been announced that it is the third season of the TV anime Love Live! Superstar!!, part of the popular Love Live! The series will be broadcast on NHK Educational TV every Sunday at 5 p.m. starting October 6th.
This is the first time that a third season of the “Love Live!” TV anime series will be produced. A key visual featuring the school idol group “Liella!”, now with 11 members, and a promotional video featuring all 11 members have also been released.
It was also revealed that a CD containing the third season’s opening and ending themes will be released simultaneously on October 23rd. This was announced at the event “Love Live! Superstar!! Liella! Unit Live & Fan Meeting Tour: Heart, Skill, Body! The Ultimate Adventure!!” held at K Arena Yokohama (Nishi Ward, Yokohama) on August 4th.
“Love Live! Superstar!!” is set in a newly established private school, Yuigaoka Girls’ High School, between Omotesando, Harajuku, and Aoyama. The show depicts the girls, led by Shibuya Kanon, working as school idols. The first season of the TV anime aired from July to October 2021, and the second season aired from July to October 2022.
