by The TV anime Once Upon a Time, Magical Girls, and Evil Were Enemies will be broadcast from July 2024. The second PV, Side Magical Girl, has been released. It was also announced that it would be broadcast on TOKYO MX, BS11, and AT-X.
The second PV ~Side Magical Girl~ focuses on the days of Byakuya, a poor magical girl who is quite a hard worker and works various part-time jobs as a magical girl. It includes plenty of footage that will be released for the first time, including her appearance and gorgeous, fantastical transformation scenes.
Additional cast members were announced: Shinichiro Miki, Mariya Ise, and Hikaru Midorikawa. Shinichiro Miki plays Mitsukai (a cat), who descends from heaven to guide magical girls. He has the appearance of a human-sized cat, and although he is a messenger of Byakuya, he has an outstanding quirk described as “Yaza” by those around him.
Mariya Ise plays Kagari Hibana, a magical girl who tends to go wild when embarrassed or unable to be honest. Hikaru Midorikawa will play the role of the bird, the messenger of sparks, who has a high level of consciousness and is on the same level as the cat and dog. We have also received comments from each cast member.

“Magical Girls and Evil Were Once Enemies ” is a TV anime adaptation of Kokoa Fujiwara’s romantic love comedy, serialized in the monthly magazine Gangan Joker (published by Square Enix) from 2013 to 2015. I look forward to further information.
