Big Planet Made Entertainment’s group VIVIZ was named to the ‘2023 Best K-Pop’ list with ‘Untie.’

British music magazine NME announced on its official website on the 19th (local time) the ‘Best K-Pop Song of 2023’, which includes the song ‘Untie’ from VIVIZ’s 4th mini album ‘VERSUS’. The 25 best K-pop songs of 2023 were announced.

NME said about ‘Untie,’ “VIVIZ has evolved into a fascinating and provocative look. “The rough yet incantatory vocals make you want to listen to the song repeatedly,” he said.

‘Untie’ is the second track of VIVIZ’s 4th mini album, released last month. Previously, VIVIZ carried out follow-up activities with ‘Untie’ and showed a different charm from the title song ‘MANIAC.’ In particular, the stylish performance with an outstanding girl crush captured the hearts of global fans.

Even after its official activities have ended, VIVIZ continues attracting attention and influence at home and abroad. As of the 20th, ‘MANIAC’ is recording a comeback, ranking 107th on the Melon daily chart. A challenge using the ‘MANIAC’ point choreography, directed by famous foreign choreographer Kany, is also gaining attention on social media.

VIVIZ has been active this year by successfully releasing their 3rd mini album ‘VarioUS’ and 4th mini album ‘VERSUS.’ In addition, the exclusive fan meeting ‘2023 THE 1ST VIVID DAYZ’ was successfully held in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
