by The teaser visual and teaser PV for the new “Winter Arc” anime series based on the original work by Yoshifumi Totsuka have been released.
The “Winter Arc” is scheduled to air as a one-hour special in the winter of 2025. The teaser visual depicts Juice wielding a flaming saber and Billy wielding a revolver, each with a tense expression. The teaser PV features the latest footage from the “Winter Arc.” It features a mysterious conversation between Juice and Billy as they face off in the frigid cold of a blizzard. Today, August 1st, marks the day Andy and Fuko first met in the series.
The main staff for the “Winter Arc” has also been announced. The director, storyboard artist, and producer is Park Sung-hoo, who has worked on the first season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” and “Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie.” Park’s E&H Production will handle animation production.
Taketo Hiijima will write the script, and character designs will be by Hideyuki Morioka and Shunichi Ishimoto. “Undead Unluck” is the story of a young girl named Fuko who brings unfortunate accidents to those she touches, and Andy, who has an immortal body that can never die, as they search for the “best death.” Andy will be played by Yuichi Nakamura, and Moe Yoshihara will play Fuko.
