‘Boys Over Flowers’ certified by Guinness World Records

“Hana Yori Dango” (written by Yoko Kamio) was certified by Guinness World Records in April 2023 as “the most published girls’ comic series by a single author.” I found out.

Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the birth of “Boys over Flowers” certified by Guinness World Records, the first exhibition, “Boys over Flowers 30th Anniversary Exhibition -Jewelry Box-” will be held from April 19th.

“Boys Over Flowers” continues to develop in various ways. All 37 Margaret Comics and 20 complete volumes have been published, and the circulation of paper comics alone has exceeded 59,409,000 copies (not including electronic versions).

Mr. Kamio said, “I am pleased to be registered in the Guinness World Records in the milestone year of the 30th anniversary of the start of Hana Yori Dango.
