The work is based on Motoo Nakanishi’s Japanese-style fantasy epic. Set in a world overrun with demons, Jinta, who plays Onikiri, meets a mysterious demon who speaks of the distant future and travels through an incredible 170 years from Edo to Heisei.
The TV anime will begin airing on TOKYO MX and other stations on March 31st, with a one-hour special for the first two seasons. It will also be streamed simultaneously on ABEMA, the fastest terrestrial broadcast.
