On the 15th, RIA (RIA), a virtual human from Neo ENTDX, a virtual influencer production company, debuted as a K-Pop singer by releasing the sound source and music video through Watcha Music and the official SNS (social networking service) channel on the 15th.

Ria’s debut song ‘RIA RISING’ is a song that combines a colorful and refreshing EDM sound, an addictive melodic vocal, and a break part with an oriental sound. It contains an autobiographical story of not only the desire to become an influencer and positively influence people but also the difficulties and excitement experienced in the process of reaching the goal.

According to Neo ND X, the music video for ‘RIA RISING’ is a project that is an extension of Ria’s current ‘Hanbok Promotion Campaign’. From the stage of music production, the message of wanting to protect the hanbok melted in my mind. There is also a scene in the music video where Leah appears wearing her hanbok. The company said that by directing Lia’s youthful and kitsch spirit to blend with her hanbok, people around the world could feel the hanbok familiar, the company said.

Taek-Jun Kwon, CEO of Neo ND X, said, “I am delighted to present the ‘first virtual human hanbok music video’ following the success of ‘the industry’s first live-action virtual human real-time live commerce’. I would like to thank the Seongnam Industry Promotion Agency for selecting it for the ‘Content Development Support Project’.”

Meanwhile, ‘RIA RISING’ is a song composed by hit song producer Jung Chang-Wook, who made Nine Muses’ ‘Drama’, ‘Lip on Lips’, and Xiah Junsu’s ‘Like Snowflake’, along with up-and-coming composers Lee Young-Hwa and Lim Yong-ho. Singer Hani Jang’ participated as a vocal feature of RIA RISING, and Studio Tribe was in charge of directing the music video.
