Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the ‘2021 Changwon K-POP World Festival’ is the largest Hallyu festival where K-pop talents from all over the world compete to compete.
For the particular stage of ‘2021 Changwon K-POP World Festival’, MONSTA X, The Boyz, Stray Kids, Oh My Girl, ATEEZ, Espa, Ones, and GRAVITY will perform on a different outdoor stage in Korea’s landmark. We plan to introduce the beauty of Korea to K-pop fans around the world.
KBS has known about famous music shows for 60 years, from ‘Open Concert,’ ‘National Singing Contest,’ ‘Music Bank’ to the recent ‘Na Hoon-ah’s Korea Again Show,’ will collaborate with Johnny Bros for the first time in broadcasting. ‘Johnny Bros’ is a production company led by Hong Won-ki and Kim Jun-hong, who created music videos for global K-pop artists such as BTS and EXO, and plans to present a different performance stage through collaboration with KBS. The meeting of the two teams leading the tradition and trend is drawing the industry’s attention and is expected to bring joy to K-POP fans around the world.
Jun-Hong Kim, CEO of Johnny Bros, said, “I am happy to collaborate with KBS, Korea’s representative public media, to produce performance content on an all-time scale. I hope it will be a good opportunity to show the good influence of POP artists.”

This performance with K-POP stars leading the Hallyu wave will be broadcast live worldwide on Friday, October 15th at 6:30 pm through the official YouTube channel ‘KBS WORLD TV’ and ‘Recommended Changwon’ through live streaming.
After that, this broadcast will be broadcast on KBS 2TV at 10:40 pm on Wednesday, November 3rd.
