KBS, KBS Media, and the Korea Creative Content Agency (after this referred to as Conjinwon) are using realistic content technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and extended reality (XR) in the broadcast today (26th) of Korea’s representative terrestrial music broadcast ‘Music Bank.’ It was announced that the K-Pop stage would be released.
This day’s performance, titled ‘Music Bank with K-Contents,’ will be broadcast live simultaneously in 114 countries worldwide, including the United States, Japan, and China, through KBS 2TV, KBS World TV, and KBS World YouTube.
Eighteen teams leading K-pop, including SF9, Monsta X, Hwasa, Jang Woo-hyuk, Weki Meki, and Secret Number, will participate in this performance.
Extended reality (XR) technology can be confirmed through Brave Girls’ and N.Flying’s, and augmented reality (AR) technology is SF9, Hwasa, Woohyuk Jang Applied to the stage, etc.
This is the first time KBS has introduced extended reality (XR) immersive content technology into a regular music program.
From 4 pm, ‘Stage W,’ where some performers and K-pop artists meet overseas fans, will be broadcast to 114 countries worldwide through KBS World.
In this global fan meeting, hosted by BamBam and featuring The Boyz, N.Flying, T1419, and Billy, the performers tell their own candid stories, including ESG messages, such as environmental protection and energy-saving methods that can be easily practiced in daily life.
On the other hand, Conjinone is launching a ‘K-Content Stage’ series today (26 From Sunday) with this performance. It will be released on Conjin One’s official YouTube channel and KBS Media’s YouTube channel.
