The Gwangju Tourism Foundation announced on the 3rd that it would hold the ‘2021 K-POP Fan Art Contest’ to keep pace with the K-pop Hallyu craze.

This contest was prepared to create K-pop tourism content unique to Gwangju, following the ‘Hope World Sculpture’ located on K-POP Star Street in Chungjang-ro, Gwangju, which became a hot topic J-Hope’s (BTS) worldwide fan message in February.

The contest will be held twice in total, each with a different theme. In the first episode, various fan art creations such as drawings, illustrations, and crafts can be accepted under the article of BTS.

Any individual or group can participate. The selected works will be exhibited in Fan Zone 3, the K-POP Star Street, which is scheduled to be created on Geumnam-ro and will be actively used to promote K-POP tourism contents so that K-POP fans around the world can visit Gwangju. Am.
