Currently, “On The Ground” holds the title for the most-viewed music video by a Korean soloist in 24 hours, amassing 41.6 million views at that time.
The second music video by a female K-pop artist to surpass 100 million views is ITZY’s “Mafia in the Morning.” As of the time of writing, “Mafia in the Morning” has over 125 million views.
“Mafia in the Morning” took only 22 days to hit 100 million views, making it ITZY’s fastest music video to hit the milestone. Previously, “Mafia in the Morning” hit 50 million views in three days, then hit 70 million views in just one week.
The next video to surpass 100 million views by a female artist in 2021 is Vespa’s music video for “Next Level.” As of press time, “Next Level” currently has over 101 million views on YouTube.

This is TWICE’s 18th music video to reach 100 million views. BTS and NCT Dream: These are the K-Pop Music Video by Male Artists That Surpassed 100 Million Views
BTS’s “Butter” is the first 2021 release by a male K-pop artist to surpass 100 million views. Released on May 21, 2021, the music video currently has over 375 million views.
BTS’s music video for “Butter” is the fastest music video to surpass 100 million views, doing so just 21 hours after it was released! In the first 24 hours of the release of “Butter,” the music video amassed 108.2 million views. The music video for the song surpassed 200 million views just four days after it was released.
The second — and currently the only other — music video by a male K-pop artist is NCT Dream’s music video for “Hot Sauce.” As of the time of writing, “Hot Sauce” currently has 107 million views.
“Hot Sauce” took just 30 days and 8 hours to hit 100 million views, making it NCT Dream’s fastest music video to achieve this feat. This is also their second music video to hit 100 million views after “BOOM.” Additionally, it is the second-fastest music video by an NCT unit to surpass the 100 million mark.
